All items sold in the TASHI online shop at tashijewels.com until 31 December 2021 are covered by Manufacturer's Warranty, for 2 years. For products sold from 1 January 2022, the warranty period is extended from 2 to 3 years in accordance with the Portuguese law.
Whenever dealing with faulty or malfunctioning items, you should contact us through the contact form, explaining in detail what the problem of your item. You must then send us your item by post to: Rua Eng.º Ferreira Dias, n.º 924 - 2º andar, Salas E31, 4100- 246 Porto.
If the repair of your products implies costs to you, repairing will only be initiated once approved.
