Returns Policy

Return or exchange jewellery purchased on the website of TASHI is simple and easy!

  • Instructions for exchange or return

    To request a return, you may do so within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Returns of TASHI products purchased on the website tashijewels.com can only be returned by this means. In special Christmas season, exchanges will be extended until 31 January of the following year (applied to purchases between 1
    October and 24 December).
  • RETURN LOG

    Access your order history in your personal account at tashijewels.com:
    If you made the purchase without registering, you can access through the link sent in the shipping notification email of the order;
    Access the relevant order details, click on "return", choose the item you want to return and the reason.
    For some orders, you may need to provide your IBAN information. Should this be necessary, and you have not yet added it to your personal, account, you will receive an email with this request.
  • COLLECTION

    Choose the desired collection method:
    - Collection at the indicated address: done via CTT or Correos Express between 9am and 7pm on the working day following the return registration on the website. Once you complete the collection request process, you will receive an SMS with all the information: collection number, day, and time slot. This option is only available for orders delivered via CTT or Correos Express, in mainland Portugal.
    - Pick-up from a DPD Pickup point: If you have chosen to pick up your order from a Pickup point, you will be able to return it to us through the same method. Once you have completed the pick-up request process, you will be able to deliver your order to the same location where you picked it up.
    - Shipping to the TASHI/Planet Jewellery address: the entire process is overseen by you with your chosen carrier. The address is Planet Jewellery, Rua Eng.º Ferreira
    Dias, n.º 924, 2º, Salas E31/35/36, 4100-246 Porto.
    Choose how you want to receive the refund: through the same method of payment of the order or with a voucher, valid for use in a new purchase (only in the online store).
  • DISPATCHING

    If you choose the home pick-up service or delivery at Pick-up point, you must extract the return label that was sent with the order;
    - Place the product(s) you want to return inside a package with the purchase document (you can reuse the shipping box/envelope);
    - Close the box, remove the shipping label, or apply the return label on the outside of the package taking care to completely cover the previous label.
  • REFUND

    Once we receive your return request, it will be analysed. If the products are in conformity, you will receive a refund within 2 working days, by the same means of payment as the order, or the shopping voucher by email.
  • EXCHANGES

    If you wish to exchange any of your purchased items, you can do so by requesting the return of the purchased item and requesting a voucher refund.
    After receipt of the items, you will receive a voucher via email which you can use for a new purchase.
    Personalised items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • REQUIRED CONDITIONS FOR THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF AN ITEM

    We will only accept returns of items in the same condition in which they were sent, with all accessories and original packaging. The items must always be accompanied by the relevant invoice.
    TASHI will proceed to the analysis of the returned product and will inform the client of the right to the respective refund.
    Exchanges or returns of products with signs of use or misuse and products customized by the client are not accepted.
    The refund is made by the same payment method used in the online purchase.
