How does payment through FLOA work?
Floa is a simple and flexible payment method that allows you to split payments without associated interest.
1. Add the products you want to buy;
2. At checkout, choose the Floa payment method;
3. Enter the requested identification data and proceed to the review;
4. Enter your debit or credit card details (Visa or Mastercard);
5. Authorize your purchase through 3-D Secure;
6. Finalize the order
Your request will be answered immediately. If approved by Floa, you will receive confirmation of your order and an indication of the payment dates for each of the installments relating to your purchase.
Can I pay everything at once?
Yes, at the time of purchase you can choose to pay in one go.
Do you accept payments in installments?
With FLOA you can pay for your order in 4 interest-free installments for amounts between €50 and €2,500. Simply enter your debit or credit card details (Visa or Mastercard) and the analysis process and response are immediate.
How does payment by credit card in 4 installments work?
It's very simple.
The 4X payment plan is done as follows:
The first payment is made on the day of purchase, that is, 1/4 of the total amount.
The second payment in 30 days, the third payment in 60 days and the last payment in 90 days after purchase.
Why can't I benefit from payment in 4 installments with FLOA?
There are different possible reasons, but check that your card is Visa or Mastercard and that it does not expire within 4 months of the purchase date.
Can I change my mind and cancel this payment method?
The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. To cancel and exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact FLOA by email at contactopt@floa.com.
How can I access my payment plan?
FLOA will send you an email within 48 hours of your purchase to confirm your first payment. You will receive an email before each debit and after your payment is completed. You can also find your payment plan in your customer account.
If I return an item or cancel my order, how do I get a refund?
Returns (of all or part of the items) are managed by the merchant. If you have requested a return, your payment plan will be recalculated accordingly (modified or cancelled). The amount already paid will be automatically refunded to the card you used for the purchase or by transfer, if necessary. If you paid with a deferred debit card, this amount will be refunded to your bank account by the end of the month.

Is it possible to refund a 4X payment early?
When using 4X payment with FLOA, it is not possible to refund your payment early.

FLOA BANK, a public limited company (société anonyme), with a share capital of €72,297,200, registered in the Bordeaux commercial register under number 434 130 423, whose registered office is at Bâtiment G7 - 71 Rue Lucien Faure in Boreaux (33300), FRANCE, offers payment solutions reserved for individuals (natural persons of legal age) resident in Portugal and holders of a Visa or MasterCard bank card with an expiry date corresponding to the duration of the refund allowing them to pay for their purchases of goods and/or services, by means of “Payment in 4X”, without interest.
Once you have completed your order, you must choose to pay using the desired payment method “Payment in 3X” or “Payment in 4X” by Credit or Debit Card; you will then be redirected to the FLOA BANK website, where you can make your payment.
